The Captive Primate Safety Act

What has congress done about the high price of gas in the last few weeks? Well it turns out that they passed the Captive Primate Safety Act which makes it illegal to transport monkeys across state lines. As Rep. Michelle Bachmann said , and I paraphrase, hundreds of people got in airplanes and came from all corners of the country to make it illegal to transport monkeys across state lines while we pay $4.00 a gallon for gas. If you have a problem with that you should write your congress person and tell them that it is absolutely unacceptable.
